Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LumenBotFi LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“LumenBotFi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which a customer (“you” or the “Customer”) may request a refund or return for services or products purchased through our website, www.lumenbotfi.com (the "Website"), operated by LumenBotFi. By making a purchase of our Products or subscribing to our Services, each defined herein, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases made through the Website, including but not limited to subscriptions for access to trading tools (“Subscriptions”), ongoing bot support (“Bot Support”) and educational content related to automated trading (“Educational Content”). The Educational Content, or any other digital goods that are to be delivered, herein defined at the “Products”. Bot Support and Subscriptions and herein defined as the “Services”. Due to the digital nature of our Products and Services, specific conditions apply to refunds and returns as outlined below.

2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Our Products are considered digital goods. Once purchased and delivered (e.g., via download, access to services, or online content), Products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 4 below. This is due to the intangible nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned once accessed.

3. Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription to access our Services (a “Subscription”), the following terms apply:

  • Subscription Term: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified by us at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us via email at info@lumenbotfi.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied beyond the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion      of a billing period. 
  • Free Trials: If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred after a free trial, unless otherwise specified in Section 4 herein.

4. Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Products and Services. Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If you paid for a Product or Service and it was not delivered (e.g., you did not receive access to the services or content) within 5 business days of purchase, solely due to an error on behalf of LumenBotFi. To receive a refund pursuant to this      section, you must first provide written notice to LumenBotFi explaining the circumstances such.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased a Product or Service and notify us within 24 hours of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or used the Product or Service.

To request a refund pursuant to this Section 4, please contact us via email at info@lumenbotfi.com with your order details, including your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. 

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after accessing or using a digital Product (e.g. viewing educational content).
  • You are dissatisfied with the performance of the Services due to market conditions, user configuration errors, or any other factors beyond the control of LumenBotFi. 
  • You failed to meet the technical requirements for using the Product or Services (e.g., compatible hardware or third-party exchange API access), as specified on the Website.
  • You violated our Terms and Conditions or Service Agreement, resulting in suspension or termination of  your access.

6. Financial Risks

As stated in Section 2.9 of the Terms and Conditions, there are significant risks of using, holding, and purchasing cryptocurrencies, tokens or any crypto assets, or internet-based currency. You agree that you have read and understand Section 2.9 of the Terms and Conditions, and you understand and acknowledge the risks associated with using, holding, and trading cryptocurrencies, tokens or any crypto assets. LumenBotFi does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes from using our Products or Services. Refunds will not be issued based on financial losses relating to the Products or Services. 

7. Process for Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of notice of approval.
  • You may be required to provide proof of purchase or additional information to verify your eligibility.
  • If a refund is issued for a Subscription, access to the Service you subscribed to will cease upon processing the refund.

9. Changes to This Policy

Your continued use of the Website, Services, or Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance and continued understanding of the revised Policy.

By purchasing or subscribing to our Products or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, you understand, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
